What I'm Watching: Viva La Vam - "Mike & Ike's"

New visuals from Viva La Vam off their new project that has some familiar production with some unfamiliar flows. Sounds like good stuff.

Check out this new collection of music interpreted by Viva La Vam and DJ Pest. The Best way to describe this music is "Hip Hop Is Back" in a Jazz, Funk, and Rap kind of way. Follow @WeAreVivaLaVam, @HipHopViva, @djpest

Wally Left - "Came of Age (Happy 18th)"

Wally Left speaks like an adult matured on this track produced by andrewwilson. Refreshing to hear from a cat his age. Check it.

Wally Left is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. Known for his youthful energy, nonchalant style, and a flow that bounces over beats like a pinball, he has dropped one project thus far: the LCGT$ EP, a project where he rapped over beats from Chuck Inglish beat tapes. Part of the teenage rap crew No State Backgammon Gang, Wally is in the midst of working on several different projects, looking to release more material in the Fall of 2013.

What I'm Watching: "Alone Together (acoustic)" x Daley

Daley gives me life. It never fails. These cats that come out of the UK continue to impress me. I saw the same thing happening with the Berklee School phenomenon. Virtually anyone out of these two places are amaze-balls. I remember when I was first put on to Daley, and suffice it to say I can't wait until he drops a full length project. If you ever had any doubts about his talent, keep calm and listen on. Check out his acoustic version of "Alone Together" from ThisIsRnB TV below.

Rome Clientel - "RVD"

Rome once again handles business, this time over a 9th Wonder instrumental. Gotta hand it to dude, he hasn't let me down at all. This track is yet more proof of that. He's been busy with a Golden Era Music compilation project and a solo album in the future.

Elmira's Rome Clientel releases a new track titled "RVD." The track, ironically (and quite unintentionally) released the day after Wrestlemania, finds Rome in his element, reflecting on his past and sizing up his future, delivering aggressive bars with his trademark gritty delivery. While initially recording this track over a beat that he produced himself, he decided that it fit better over an old 9th Wonder instrumental called "Dollar Circulate," and so he re-recorded it.

Chris "Puzzle" Green - "Party Crashers" (Prod by The Quarter Inch Kings)

Really gritty track by by Chris Green and the Kings here that has me wanted to ride out on some G mode. Haha. I'll let the track speak for itself.

Chris "Puzzle" Green and The Quarter Inch Kings have paired up to bring you yet another joint/dj pack. Clever punchlines and heavy production being the norm from the long time collaborators you should know what to expect.

What I'm Watching: Sean Price - "Bar-Barian"

Do you have 2 minutes and 19 seconds? Use it on this video. "Young dummies...can't spar / No life / my flow tight...like your pants are". Sean Price is hilarious. "Mic Tyson" still bangs.
