Robert Raimon Roy "P*ssy Politicien"
"I'm your Pussy Politician. I can get you off, but you got to vote for me..."
I've been a fan of Robert Raimon Roy, starting back when he was just going by Rob Roy. His track Fur In My Cap had grabbed my attention and I haven't looked back since. We've had several conversations about his music. The dude is dope. And after Dollar Out of Fifteen Cents and King Warrior Magician Lover, last week, Roy quietly released his latest. Le tigre blanc comes after visuals and stand out cuts Axela, Little Egypt Wavy and Robert Raimon Roy. Among many other gems on the 10 track LP is perhaps my favorite, Pussy Politicien. Yeah. Roy is worth the listen.

The Black Opera "Fxckin Problem"
TMB are fans of The Black Opera. And we're fans of their version of Fxckin Problem. This is real shit. REAL. SHIT. We really do have some fxckin problems.
In times like these, Dark Comedy is no laughing matter. So with all jokes aside, we wanted to put a satirical spin on A$AP Rocky’s “Fuckin’ Problem” in order to address current events and issues. Events and issues that include the school shooting in Connecticut, gun control, mental health, and America’s prescription drug addition amongst others. RIP to everyone that lost their lives in the Newtown, CT school shooting and the innocent lives lost everyday in these streets and around the world.

e.d.g.e. "Documentary Flow"
"I've recently become very intrigued by Illuminati, New World Order and occult research, and I have been reading and watching documentaries into the early hours of the morning, often without realizing the time. As a result, I have come across some information I was already aware of, and plenty more I had absolutely no idea about. That being said, I decided to write a verse outlining some of the points that were cycling around in my head last night, and this is the product." -e.d.g.e.

Motel Eola "Kids Looking For Gold"
"This instrumental project is about youthfulness, inspiration & the pursuit of happiness versus harsh reality. Kids Looking For Gold is my metaphor for our generation of individuals. We are all in search of our own "Gold" whether it be physical material possessions, the notion of success, or the achievement of our wildest dreams. Along this Journey for our "Gold" we may forget who we once were, conform to the norm, submit to defeat or accept "reality". As "Kids" we were forever optimistic, imaginative & experimental. The more we grow up the more we set aside our dreams as if the countdown of our life on earth is ever decreasing, leaving not enough time for us to do what we yearn for. No, we are dream chasers, creators and forever young at heart. We are Kids Looking For Gold." -Motel Eola

New Release Round Up: Greg Grease & Soul Khan
I was afforded the opportunity to check out this Greg Grease Cornbread, Pearl & G project a few weeks back. His people hit me with the advance copy. Three tracks in I knew it was a winner. This LP quickly became a favorite. Still in rotation. I can't say enough about it. So, go stream this joint. And if you dig it, cop it.
Stream / Purchase
Soul Khan is Soul Khan; dope and consistent. Steady putting out quality music in EP form, with fresh videos to match. On his latest he teams up with Abnormal on production to deliver Psalm. The Brown Bag AllStar representative doesn't disappoint. He never does. Enjoy the music.
