Interview: Miss Special x Koncept
It's fresh to see Miss Special continuing to acclimate herself with the East Coast by knocking out a gang of great interviews with some of the most talented East Coast heads. In her latest interview, she links up with Brown Bag AllStar member Koncept. Enjoy the interview. Chea!
Before the Brown Bag AllStars' "Brown Label 2" release party, Koncept took some time to speak with Miss Special of Special Sundays Radio Show. They spoke about everything from cheese steaks to his upcoming EP with DJ Element "Malt Disney". He also spoke about the Brown Bag AllStars' album dropping earlier next year and their recording process. In addition he spoke about his previous snowboarding career, parkour, his Mets theme song, and his video for "Hear Hun".(via @MiSS1SPECiAL)

R. Kelly - "Feelin' Single [Remix]" - (Single Ladies)
Kells releases a remix to his "Feelin' Single" track off the album "Write Me Back" and what else can I say?! It's good. Different yet sort of the same. Either way, I'm hitting replay a few times.

Pharoahe Monch “Damage”
Pharoahe Monch is coming out with another project. (Proceeds to nod head in anticipation and excitement.) Yep. I can not wait.
The first single off Pharoahe Monch's 'PTSD' project and the third and final installment to his bullet trilogy. Socially prophetic and politically relevant, "Damage" chronicles the tragedy of inner city killings and mass murder. The song provides a chilling reminder that bullets have no name.Follow the madness: twitter.com/TheMadBloggers_

¡MAYDAY! - "Highs & Lows" feat. Ace Hood & Reks (Statik Selektah Remix)
Oh shit. How I almost miss this? Damn, Statik Selektah came through and gave this track a soulful feel. That piano sounds just right over this version of ¡MAYDAY!'s track that now features R.E.K.S. Damn. Check it out for yourself. Oh, and if you still haven't copped ¡MAYDAY!'s Take Me To Your Leader album, do it now. It's one of my favorite albums in 2012. No doubt.
