#BLAXeveryday: "Dear Summer"
We're back at it again. Having worked with BLAX (formerly Adebisi) on his last three projects, we're working together again on his upcoming album Everyday, this time with my new imprint Throat Chop Music. Leading up to the drop, BLAX is unleashing a weekly series. Kicking things off, he takes on the classic Jay-Z instrumental. Chea!

What I'm Watching: Oddisee "Let It Go Live" (Live)
Really, how could you not love People Hear What They See? It may arguably be the best album this year, between Oddisee's solid verses and the incredible instrumentation. It's definitely a complete listening experience and I find myself revisiting the project almost weekly. Oddisee is out on the road on his European tour and recently unleashed the Tone shot live set of Let It Go with the band. Look out for those US tour dates soon but in the meantime, enjoy the music. Chea!

TMB Presents Jinesis feat. C-Mone "This Is How We Do"
Last year I linked up with Jinesis, the NYC based producer and TMB affiliate for the Otis Redding Sampled Beat Tape. I pitched Jinesis the idea and he knocked it out of the park. It's still one of our most successful presented projects to date. Earlier this year Jin and I started throwing around the idea of revisiting the project and having some of our favorite emcees jump on the tracks. Over the last few months we've been shopping the beats and collecting verses. Today, we're proud to release the first single featuring the UK based award winning C-Mone. The girl is dope and we have some more in the works but until then, This Is How We Do. Chea!

Monster House "Chronicles"
Wisconsin based SPEAK Easy, Panic and Audio Pilot are Monster House. Their Raiders of The Lost Art album was one of my favorite projects this year. This cut was always a standout. Shouts to Uni-Fi Records and Monster House for letting me a part of the project. Anyhoo, enjoy the music. Chea!

O&D "Ghost Hunters"
Yesterday, while GoDaddy had us shut down, the homies O-Lay and Diatonic, now collectively known as O&D, released some new music and launched their new facebook page after a few months of rebranding and refocusing. It's safe to say with Ghost Hunters the Minnesota duo is back at it. Enjoy the music and look for more announcements and music in the coming weeks. Chea!
