Interview: Miss Special x Ryshon Jones
Miss Special, can't stop, won't stop *Diddy voice* Enjoy her latest interview. Chea!
A few weeks ago I briefly caught up with Ryshon Jones to talk about his new projects, as well as past ones. He tells the story of how "Life In Reverse" began as a typo in an email. He also spoke about using Lee Bannon's beats from projects but working directly with him soon.(via @MiSS1SPECiAL)
"I gotta chill on making music though. Just to do more videos because I've done enough music" he says when speaking about returning to past projects for his next music videos.
His break from music won't be long though, you can expect his new project towards the end of the year.

Wrekonize (of ¡MAYDAY!) - "Start It Up" (Freestyle)
Wrekonize's 4th freestyle is over a Swizz Beatz production for Lloyd Banks' single and not to my surprise, he kills it. His flow is ridiculous and the lyrical content is incredible in my opinion. Check it for yourself.

Substantial - "Reloaded" feat. Homeboy Sandman & Javier Starks
This track definitely has an 80s video game and 90s Hip-Hop feel to it. Pretty energetic and had me hitting the repeat button a few times. All three emcees go to work on Joe.D's production with no problem.
As Substantial’s Mello Music Group debut Home Is Where The Art Is nears release, the DMV MC can’t contain his excitement. In anticipation of the release, Substantial joins indie powerhouse Homeboy Sandman and up-and-coming DMV wordsmith Javier Starks for the high-energy track “ReLOADED”.
The track doesn’t appear on Substantial’s own album but is instead a bonus cut from Javier Starks’ upcoming EP, executive produced by Substizzle. and produced by Joe.D, (the main producer for Gods’Illa).
