What I'm Listening To: "Don't Touch Me" - Rahsaan Patterson
I'm happy to see that Rahsaan Patterson is pushing some new music! Ever since his 1998 self-titled debut, I've been a huge fan. His most current album Bleupohria was released last year, and hopefully "Don't Touch Me" is a precursor to a new project.
Enjoy!

What I'm Watching: Tank - "Next Breath"
Tank released the video to this great R&B track directed by Mike Ho. Great R&B might seem harder to find but I know I can count on Tank. This dude stays consistent. Can't wait till "This Is How I Feel" comes out.

El Hefe and the People's Ensemble - "The Mystery of Tapeboxin" (Beat Tape)
Jeff Spec just released the 3rd volume to his instrumental/beat tape series. According to Mr. Spec, the tracks are mainly rough loops and chops with raw drums, and are all ready and sequenced for use. If you decide to work with any of these, he's willing to work with you so he's asking you send him what you create with it.

"Today's a little different. I wrote to a track instead of piano. I have had this instrumentation for a while but had a great opportunity today so I decided to write to it , and share it with you all. I just used my Mic/ Logic/ and a little EQ and here you are. I hope you guys like it! See you tomorrow, I'll be back on the piano." -KL
