Those DMV boys are back with another solid video for a dope cut from their CPR Blendtape hosted by DJ Lo' Down Loretta Brown aka Erykah Badu. With the vid for Sal's Pizzeria, the crew take inspiration from Spike Lee's Do The Right Thing, complete with a Radio Raheem in all his glory, which includes the 'Love Hate' four finger rings, boombox and the ill fade. That boy Andy got more tattoos than an NBA player. Ha! But on a more serious note, Andy Suzuki & The Method serve up a solid track off of their upcoming project The Ghost Stories EP, which you can pre-order here. I've long been a fan of the group, having known Kozza (band member) and Andy for a while now. These guys are talented and while I try to convince them to do a cover project, you'll have to enjoy Her Ghost, which is a solid track accompanied by a beautiful video. Hip-Hop Breakfast Ep 96

I'm back. And with some new artwork no less, courtesy of OC Supreme behind the lens and the beautiful Jules Renae as our cover girl. I personally got tired with looking at my bum ass on the cover (and it's okay if you did too). This is definitely more visually pleasing. So, shouts to both of them.

Well, with just about a five week hiatus, Hip-Hop Breakfast is back to jump start the week. With a gang of solid music released between the last episode and now, Ep 96 finds a nice mix of material from the likes of Jean Grae, Common, Soul Khan, my rap guilty pleasure Rick Ross, Elle Maxwell and more. Warren Britt is a cool dude and when we approached him late last year with the idea of doing an EP, he hit the ground running, teaming up with Chaz from the onset.
