Definitely not my style to post beef tracks but Ludacris got my hyped. Remember how Common went off in Sweet? Yeah, that's what Luda did on Bada Boom. Sheesh. Off of his new mixtape 1.21 Gigawatts: Back To The First Time, word is the track takes aim at some backhanded comments from Drake and Big Sean. Yeah, good luck with coming for Luda. Ha!

RapSody - For Everything
First up is RapSody's For Everything, becoming the third full length free project released by the North Carolina emcee in less than a year. Featuring production from 9th Wonder and the Soul Council, she delivers up 14 cuts with features from Freeway, Kendrick Lamar and GQ. Among my favorite cuts are The Woman's Work (with its killer Maxwell sample), Live It Up and A Cold Winter featuring Freeway. Solid project.
Chuuwee is one of the most consistent indie emcees on the scene, representing Sacramento. With a few projects and features under his belt, he's got his target set on the throne and he makes the bold statement with his latest project Watching The Throne. A majority of the project is laced with beats from Canadian producer ENG and features some solid verses from Sean Boog, Keno, Haz Solo and others. Among my favorite cuts King Louie, The Dungeon, Absolute Monarchy and Posse Up. Solid project.
It was really getting to the point that folks couldn't wait for OnCue's latest, Can't Wait. And here it is. Featuring production from long time collaborator CJ Luzi, Cuey continues to explore and develop his sound. The NYC emcee by way of CT has been creating a buzz for the new project with some solid singles and fresh videos leading up to the release. Among my favorite cuts is The Geoffrey, Kinda Late, Only Thing We Know and Cigarettes and Perfume. Solid Project.
Nitty Scott, MC brings this genuine old school feel to her music, and I just feel the need to tell somebody. Ha! Nitty's stock has constantly been rising since her appearance in one of the cyphers on this years' BET Hip-Hop Awards but she had been maintaining a buzz well before then. Yesterday she dropped the Conor Shillen of One Forest Films directed video for Tell Somebody featuring Mike Maven. I definitely dig the style in which the video was shot and the candid energy featured throughout. Fresh. Tell Somebody is one of the solid cuts off of her EP Doobies x Popsicle Sticks. The good folks over at Uni.Fi Records dropped off two new tracks in my inbox featuring two of Milwaukee's hardest working emcees.
The first cut comes from SPEAK Easy from his upcoming Just Saying EP due out early 2012 in collaboration with Uni.Fi. The track is produced by Ed Cayce (1/2 of The Hollowz). This is another solid joint from SPEAK. The second joint comes from BREAK BREAD (Dana Coppa and Ricanstrukta). As part of their upcoming project, The Reunion, due out this winter is also a solid cut.
The Connecticut homie BIGSTAT dropped the trailer for his upcoming Escobar Films directed video, Pain Music featuring Jordan Meyer. The new vid is in memory of his mother was was murdered. He's putting it out to raise awareness about domestic violence. Bigstat is holding a fundraiser with the Coalition Against Domestic Violence on November 18th in Hartford, Connecticut, where they'll be premiering the video. I support the brother and what he's doing.
With Slot-A on production, Scheme recalls One Helluva Night. Off of their upcoming Scheme x Slot-A's EP due out December 6th, 201, the track is pretty solid. Enjoy. Chea!

He went off on the verses and delivers up a solid video shot in Haiti. If this doesn't get you hyped for The Dreamer/The Believer, poke holes in your speakers and throw your computer out the window. Khan Knows. Ha! A lot of folks have been talking about the Lord Knows beat from Drake's Take Care. It's definitely one of the standout productions on the album. If you haven't heard the beat, it's filthy. So, Brown Bag AllStar and TMB favorite Soul Khan decided to jump on the beat and well ... you know what, I'll let Soul Khan's bars take it from here. I can't remember who put me on to these dudes but the California crew has had my attention ever since. Their style is cool, the music is dope and their videos are always really creative.
