Stanza "Broadcast from Georgia (Heavy)"
"If you find any of these bars entertaining, educational, or you just rock with em all together, please feel free to spread it among your people."
The Working Class Dreamer Stanza drops off another Broadcast from Georgia, taking on some of the hot topics in the news. While sometimes Jimmy Fallon slow jams the news, the ATL emcee speeds it up a bit through rhyme. The new verse is about Michael Jackson's doctor, Heavy D's passing, Joe Paterno's team secret, and the kidnapping of Wilson Ramos.

NEW RELEASE: Charmingly Ghetto "Study A'Broad : The International Mixtape"
Charmingly Ghetto teams up with our blog fam over at Donuts & Milk to present a pretty cool project in Study A'Broad : The International Mixtape. Definitely a solid offering from the Boston native, who has compiled some solid tracks with great production and some solid features. Here's what had to say:
Donuts & Milk has been blessed to help present Charmingly Ghetto's latest offering to the world of music. Study A'Broad : The International Mixtape is as unique as it is innovative. The Boston Native has enlisted an incredible team of producers from all over the world for the purpose of uniting the Hip Hop globe. While no one producer collabed on more than two tracks the entire album has a feeling is progressive as a whole. The jazzed out golden era / boom bap tracks give the mixtape a throwback feeling creating the perfect backdrop for Charmingly Ghetto to spit his futuristic message. If you had any doubts about the state of Hip Hop this download will keep your head nodding and squash your fears. Study A'broad : The International Mixtape is evidence the Hip Hop is alive, well and thriving across the entire world!

What I'm Watching ... ¡MAYDAY! - "Make Some Noise Freestyle" featuring Garcia)
I'm telling you, this group is high up on my list of favorites. Whether it's creating dope ass music over their own production or with something like this joint using the Beastie Boys' 'Make Some Noise'. Bernz and Wrekonize be on their job! Let me find out I walk into a bar with a couple of ill emcees going off after some drinks. That might be the best bar I ever walk into. Haha. Check it.
Watch what happens when the people have a little too much time on their hands and unlimited access to alcohol. No livers we hurt in the making of this video.

What I'm Watching ... Suave The Ape - "Time Passed Autumn" and "Philosophy"
Caught this on my Tumblr timeline and I let it go time after time after time. Then one day, I decided to click play and I gotta say I'm pretty surprise. I mean, I didn't know what to expect at all but I'm pleasantly surprised. This joint sounds pretty good and having Apollo Brown produce the track is always a good move in my book. But yeah, now my ears are open for this dude. I'll be checking out his future work. Take a listen.

Download ... Nicolay with The Hot At Nights - "Shibuya Session EP"
This is kind of a break from my norm but music associated with Nicolay is never a bad diversion from the norm. This EP had me floating. I hit play and immediately relaxed listening to the sounds Nicolay, The Foreign Exchange, and the three person jazz ensemble put together. Download this free EP and I'm sure you'll do the same.
+FE Music proudly presents the "Shibuya Session EP", a collaboration between Nicolay and the Raleigh-based exploratory jazz trio The Hot At Nights, led by 8-string guitar virtuoso (and The Foreign Exchange guitarist) Chris Boerner with Matt Douglas on sax/woodwinds and Nick Baglio on drums.Follow the madness: twitter.com/TheMadBloggers_
The EP was recorded at Sound Pure Studios in Durham NC and features new interpretations and arrangements of eight instrumental compositions from Nicolay's 2009 album "City Lights Vol. 2: Shibuya".
