Peep the cool vid from Jinesis taking you inside his process of making a beat. In the vid he creates "Not I Know" from Labi Siffre's "My Song".
"The challenge," as Jinesis explains, "Was to flip the sample loop differently from West's popular record (Kanye sampled for "I Wonder") into a beat with a completely different feel and pace."
His flip comes out pretty fresh. Jinesis is definitely a talented producer. The video was directed by Major for ItsMajorTV. Enjoy. Chea!
Another cool cut off of the upcoming Free Shabazz compilation. This cut comes from Fresh Daily, produced by Jinesis. It's dope. Free Shabazz drops December 21.
