Check It Out ... Chris Brown w/ @Bigstat "Deuces"

Chris Brown's "Deuces" is one of my guilty pleasure tracks. Anyway, Connecticut emcee BigStat jumps on the remix. He does his damn thing on his verse too. Check it out.

Check this joint off of Lee Bannon and Chuuwee’s "Hot N Ready" project dropping September 21. Based on the first two singles from the project, this should be a winner. Enjoy.

"Don't Free Criminals, Especially Rappers" (TMB T-Shirt)

OC and I love t-shirts. If you aren't aware we have a little shop online selling a few different The Mad Bloggers t-shirts. They're affordable and come in both men and women sizes. We have a new t-shirt that we've added to our collection. We call it the anti free rapper t-shirt. Where did the idea come from? Well, folks are always running around sporting those dumb ass t-shirts saying "FREE [INSERT JAILED RAPPER'S NAME HERE]" right after their favorite rapper does something stupid to get arrested. Those t-shirts make no sense. So, we decided to create this t-shirt. We hope you dig it. Check out this shirt and others at our store online at themadbloggers.spreadshirt.com.

What I'm Listening To ...@HectorTroyMusic - Fallin'

Shoutout to the homie Hector for posting this link via his Facebook page. I happened to run into it while editing pics and decided to give it a listen. At first, it looked like a live performance of the track, which I may not have been fond of due to the sound quality though he's got skills, it ended up going right to the cd version or what have you. After a few listens, I decided it's going on the site. So, here you go. Hope you folks enjoy it as much as I did.

The Connecticut Hip Hop Underground Show Presented By BigBar Radio

I was told about this Hip Hop show by the homie Duece Bug via email that was going down in Ansonia, CT presented by Big Bar Radio and ended up having a pretty decent night there discovering some artists I previously heard of but didn't get the chance to catch up on. I was doing what I normally do which was chill in the background assessing the artists, crowd and the vibe. Felt like a real chill spot where most heads knew each other. I took a bunch of damn pictures but these are the few of the 200+ made the cut. I also added some music of some of the artists that I can find online. Check out all of that! Peace.

Spark and Ritchcraft have been making waves of their own and together they create The Art of Ritchmixing: A K. Sparks Adventure. At just eight tracks, the project is fresh from beginning to end.
