The first time I heard Lola Maxwell I thought she was dope. The first track was "Assembly", right before the release of her project Basik Edukation. From that track and project, I found myself backtracking and checking out her older music and videos. Her musical vision is dope. Her new project, The Black Madonna Soundtrack, presented by The Connoisseur Mag is on the next level for Maxwell's vision. The sample heavy project is dope from the first track through the end. 80's tracks with new generation rhymes, The Black Madonna is definitely worth the download and listen. Yeah, this "Runaway" track could possibly become my theme music. So, lets have a toast for the assholes. Kanye was on his Red Bull Beat Battle steez at the VMAs, rocking what can only be described as a Devil red suit and a blouse. Ye definitely delivered. Oh and I need to get some ballerina's in my life ASAP, on some Coming to America Prince Akeem wake me up in my bedroom in Zamunda type shit. That would be epic!
