What I'm Listening To ... Raheem DeVaughn - "B.O.B."
Yeah. I'm zoning. This album is good. Real good. This song is creative. I like it. I like how he makes valid points on the situations with women and B.O.B. I guess there are pros and cons to every thing in life, huh? Haha. Check it.

And if you haven't copped the third album, The Love and War Masterpiece, don't be one of the few left out. This guy, for 3 albums already, has put out quality music. I definitely co-sign his work. But let the music speak for itself and you be the judge.

Listen To This: @EspeSpalding
I don't even really have a lot of words for this songstress. Her voice is amazing. Her music is unique and fresh. She's young. She's doing it. Just listen. I couldn't find an mp3 to embed, so a video of the track I absolutely adore will suffice. I love every single song on her Myspace Music page but when I heard "Fall In" that's when I knew I had to share. "I Adore You" and "I Know You Know" are two other fantastic songs you should check out as well. Enjoy.

Listen To This: @Lola_Blue
I rarely get anything in my email that should be shared with the masses, but I was pleasantly surprised when I heard "Journey" by Lola Bleu. The track in and of itself is dope, but when I listen to a song, I listen to the components of it, i.e. the vocals (obviously), how the vocals fit on top of the track, how each of the elements in the track were put together, etc. I have to say that this is a well built, solid body of work. I've already listened to it about five times already. What struck me the most were the harmonies in the chorus and the clarity of her voice. But don't take my word for it. You'll just have to listen.
Lola Bleu, born Janell McCracken, has a strong history in music, particularly in the choir. She is currently working with producer David Sanders II on her debut album Love Will Find A Way. I definitely look forward to hearing more from her in the coming months.
To check out what else Lola Bleu is getting into, you can find her on Myspace Music and Reverb Nation. Enjoy.

Here's another email just sitting in my inbox that got overlooked for a few days. Anyway, check out this pretty dope cut from Kayo and Coo.L.Era. They took Taio Cruz's "Like a Star" and put some pretty dope bars over it. This track will be featured on Kayo's upcoming mixtape. Enjoy.

Sh*t, you tell me ... Dutch Defoe "Tally Up"
I'll be honest, I don't really like this. However, this dude stays sending emails. He's relentless. I'll give him credit for his persistence. Each week dude has a track he's trying to push and he'll send that same email up to three times in a week. One of the earliest tracks he sent was called "Bitch Better Have My Money." I had to check the time stamp to see if it was sent from 1993. It wasn't.
Sometimes I listen but most of the time I don't. Production is cool. Some of the rhymes are straight. But at the end of the day, this isn't my cup of tea. BUT I figured I'd share it because maybe it's your thing. Maybe you'll dig this track. He keeps hitting me with it, so shit I figured I'd at least post (one time). Hit up the comments and let me know what you think.

Check It ... Iron Solomon "Sucker MC's"
There's something about this joint from Iron Solomon that I dig. He linked up with DMC to present "Sucker MC's". It's got that old school vibe to it. Hit up the comments and tell me what you think. CHEA!
