Check It ... @TheRealEternia & MoSS "It's Funny" feat. Joell Ortiz

My favorite rapper still wears a skirt and she goes hard on this track! Eternia ranks up there as one of the most posted emcees on our blog over the last year. I dig her music. I'm really excited about her new project, "At Last". Check out the first leak, "It's Funny", featuring Joell Ortiz from the upcoming project. You're welcome.

Download ... Lola Maxwell "Basik Edukation"

I first heard Lola Maxwell a week or so ago when someone sent me her video to "Assembly". I was impressed. I found myself looking for more of her music. As I went through track after track, I continued to be impressed by the female emcee out of the DMV. Her new project, Basik Edukation, dropped today. I listened to a bit of it in the wee hours of the morning and continued to check it throughout the day while at work. It's dope. Lola Maxwell is a talented female emcee. scratch that ... Lola Maxwell is a TALENTED EMCEE, regardless of gender. Go ahead and download Basik Edukation now and thank me later. And to give you a taste, check out one of my favorite cuts off the project, "The Perfect Stranger". Enjoy.
"Lola Maxwell is of a kind in this new era of music. She emulates the “back in the day” hip-hop and is still distinguishable by with her own sound. Lola Maxwell is an aspiring Hip Hop artist from Washington, DC. “Hip-hop has lost its touch” Ms. Maxwell feels that through her music and with a dedicated fan base she can change that. Her lyrics target the intellectual thoughts of the masses as well as their fantasies. She doesn’t feel the need to compose raunchy lyrics and tasteless records in order to sell records or entertain. So, she releases Basik Edukation: The Mixtape¸ as her sixth studio compilation hosted by MATunes.net and Datpiff.com."

Check this track out that the homie Ritchcraft sent to us. Video is simple, track not so much. It's actually much more than that. Pretty good vibe listening to it.

What I'm Watching ... @JUDAHontheBEAT "Choose Wisely" (Directed by Andre of ABB Video)

I caught this in the email. The video is pretty dope. I definitely enjoy the beat driven narrative. I respect the creativity. Enjoy.
"Respected and noted as one of the most recognized producers from the DC area, JUDAH releases #theART video "Choose Wisely." With an unsuspecting plot and narration done solely by beats selected from the Amber Rose Instrumentals which gathered massive popularity since its drop in January, JUDAH presents listeners with a "strange" frame for the audible visual, giving true definition to amplified artistic design in music."

#latepass “Bohemian Rap CD”

So, this joint has been out for a little while (or so it seems) and I definitely had to share it. So, I'm doing so now on a late pass. I caught one of the tracks during The Adam B Experience Podcast and immediately went over to FreeIceCream.net to download the joint. Bohemian Rap CD features five underground NYC emcees – Jake Lefco, IllSpokinn, Ryan-O’Neil, Kats and Domer. Bohemian Rap CD features samples from Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody to create the six tracks featured on the project. It's dope. Enjoy.
