Check it...R. Kelly - Pregnant ft Tyrese

R. Kelly, assisted by Tyrese, comes through on this very blunt and sexual track like only he could. I'm digging it. But that's me. Thoughts?

The Gregory Brothers Are Back!

I know this stuff they're auto-tuning is older and all but it's still hilarious. Apparently, these folks know how to use Auto-Tune better than most artists. Haha.

Land of Misfit Toys ft The iPhone

Verizon released a new commercial aimed at AT&T and their 3G coverage once again. This time with a holiday theme. I thought it was pretty fun. No disrespect to some of you iPhone owners. Haha.

When She Speaks, You Listen: Tha Lady Blogga "Jimmy Choo Does It For the People"

As I am a recovering label whore, I am proud to announce that as of tomorrow, Jimmy Choo will be unveiling a line of shoes at H&M. For those who are shoe whores like myself, this is a sigh of relief. Owning a few pairs of Jimmy Choo’s can put a dent in the pocket. In this day and age where money is becoming harder and harder to attain, this is a sigh of relief for some. Not only is he bringing his shoe game but a line of bags, accessories and men’s items just the same.

This is a great business move by Jimmy Choo, especially around the holidays. People are going to need gifts and outfits for holiday parties. These accessories and shoes will bring a sexy and stylish flair to any outfit. Even if you already have something in your closet, you can sexy it up with items from the Choo line. The whole concept behind this collaboration is to bring Red Carpet fashion at affordable prices. Jimmy Choo is a must-have on any Red Carpet. And H&M has been an outlet for affordable fashion since it’s inception in Sweden in the late 1940’s. When H&M came to the states, it was like a jackpot for many.

Designer shoes of this magnitude is a first at H&M. With shoes starting at $69, that is a fraction of the regular cost. The quality and style of the shoe is that of a Jimmy Choo. Belts and scarves all under $50. There’s all kinds of things going on here that will make any woman happy. Designers must be starting to realize that they are going have to bow down to the average consumer because not everyone can afford to spend thousands of dollars on shoes, bags and accessories. Target has Issac Mizrahi and Liz Lange doing it big in their stores. Designer fashions at a fraction of the price. The clothes are stylish and the quality is well made.

If you are out and about shopping this weekend, I urge you to check out Jimmy Choo at H&M. I’ve seen the fashion show and merchandise pics and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Alicia Keys Album Cover (part 2) ... thoughts?

Caught this updated Alicia Keys cover over at rapradar.com. Thoughts? As many saw earlier in the week an unofficial cover for Alicia's upcoming project, The Element of Freedom, was released, where she had this Joan of Arc type of look. Both covers, Alicia looks great on. Maybe I'm being bias. What are your thoughts?

Check It ... V.V. Brown "Leave" + Dope "Day 'N Nite" Cover

UK singer V.V. Brown is dope. Her song covers are fresh and so are the original tracks. They say that she's a more upbeat Amy Winehouse but I think her sound is unique and her own. The British singer-songwriter is releasing an ep, "The Attic", available on iTunes November 17, 2009, with a full project in the works. Check out her track "Leave" and her creative cover to Kid Cudi's "Day 'n Nite". I dig her sound, check it out.
"Titled, The Attic EP, the four-track digital tracklisting is: "Game Over," "Quick Fix," along with "Crying Blood (Andrew Weatherall Remix)," and an acoustic performance of "Shark in the Water." - all key tracks from her forthcoming album. The first U.S. physical release, a 7- inch single, is scheduled for November 17th - "LEAVE! (Little Boots Mix)" coupled with "Crying Blood (Andrew Weatherall Remix)." The full album TRAVELLING LIKE THE LIGHT, described in the U.K. press as "a perfect pop cocktail" (The Sun) and "Spector-ish pop as slick as her black pompadour...her vocal shines through every track" (Elle), is set for U.S. release on February 9, 2010."
