Sha Stimuli "Put The Mic Down"

"Honesty don't make a hater ..."

The homie Sha Stimuli delivers up some truths on Put Down the Mic from the 9th installment of his The Rent Tape Series The 9.2.5. Enjoy.
How do you get to a place where you wake up and do what you love to get paid? Sha Stimuli asks and answers that question on the 9th release in The Rent Tape Series entitled The 9.2.5.

This EP picks up somewhere around the place that The Chills left off. It is an ode to, a reflection on, and a musical backdrop describing the admitted fear of having a job.

NEW RELEASE: Sha Stimuli "The Savior"

Another quality project from the homie Sha Stimuli. The Savior is part eight of his twelve part Rent Tape Series. He definitely lays it all on the line with his latest offering. I'll let Sha take the intro from here. Then hit play and enjoy.

"I started writing this EP, the eighth installment in The Rent Tape Series with the feeling that I could be some sort of savior the rap game. I listen to the radio and I hear the music that is popular and I get the feeling that there's nothing that is thought-provoking, honest or soul-nurturing and although I can't change the whole game, I wanted to spark a revolution.
I don't know what that revolution would be but I imagined what Tupac would do today musically to co-exist with Rick Ross and Lil Wayne in the mainstream and started to compose an EP. Then all of a sudden I realized that I myself needed saving as I noticed my focus was on things and people I cannot control. So some songs regard myself as a savior, others admit my own need for salvage, and finally I learn acceptance and I receive what is. As confusing as that may sound, that is...The Savior."

NEW RELEASE: Sha Stimuli "The New Me: Sherod Khaalis"

New Sha. The latest in his ongoing the rent tape series. Enjoy the music.
The New Me: Sherod Khaalis is the 7th installment in the Rent Tape Series. After releasing The Old Me: How I Met Your Baby Mother, Sha Stimuli is on a mission to improve. The alter ego that takes the stage, "goes in" inside the booth, and brags on record is merely one side of the man known as Sherod Khaalis.

So the latest EP is a break from the tale of the underdog, a shift from the unsung moniker and a creation of a new mentality that can simply be described as honest. There is no better way to spread truth other than being who you were when you were born into this world.
