Interview: Miss Special x Chuuwee


A few weeks ago on the (then) #WordToWoodrow radio show, we had Chuuwee on where we spoke about his newest project "Be Cool", producer Jonathan Lowell, why they chose to work together, the feel and vision behind the project, "Be Cool" part two, his work on Chuu3PO and the new milestones for him (going to NY, his shirt with Ooloo Clothing). He also spoke about the features on "Be Cool", being on a 9th Wonder production, working with Cookin' Soul, having his mom rap on this project, his promo videos, what's next for him and more.

Interview: Miss Special x Ant Chedda

A few weeks ago on the (then) #WordToWoodrow radio show, we had singer Ant Chedda in studio where we got to talk with him about his newest project "Homie Lover Friend". We spoke with him about the project as far as the reason behind the r&b snippets he used from the 90's, working with Uptown Swuite, the vision behind his song "I Can't Say I Love You" and the concept story of the project including the connection to the movie Kill Bill. We also spoke about working with Moe Green, the vision behind his song "Last To Know" including the connection to the show Sex And The City and the movie Knocked Up, an upcoming music video for his song "The Night" with C- Plus and JoEL, and what's next for him.

Interview: Miss Special x Nicolay



A little over a week ago, myself and Myk Blauuw had the opportunity to have a phone interview with producer, Nicolay. We spoke about Phonte's upcoming solo project, if it features any Nicolay production, the upcoming Median album and working with Wiz Khalifa early on. We also spoke about the "City Lights" volumes, why The Foreign Exchange chose to do a live album, performing "Return Of The Mack" on tour, what to expect from the live show, YahZarah's new baby, having their own label and more.
