New Release: Jonathan Lowell "Soul Theory" [Beat Tape]
After a gang of production credits under his belt, Boston based producer/emcee Jonathan Lowell drops off a new instrumental LP. Lowell says the LP is "thematically structured to set atmospheres and moods." Definitely a solid and chill listen. Look out for Be Cool, the sequel with Lowell on production and Cali-based emcee Chuuwee on the rhymes once again. In the meantime, enjoy Soul Theory and peep one of my favorite cuts below, The Abyss (Still Falling). Chea!

Jonathan Lowell "The Lionheart Tribe"
Tell me you don't see some half naked folks in traditional tribal gear dancing while you listen to this beat and I'll show you a liar. Ha! Producer/emcee Jonathan Lowell, who's got a gang of production credit under his belt, is gearing up for a solo release of mostly instrumentals with a few guest features. This track is the first from the project and is a winner. I'm looking forward to hearing more. In the meantime, learn some tribal dances and rock to The Lionheart. Chea!
