Jeff Spec just released the 3rd volume to his instrumental/beat tape series. According to Mr. Spec, the tracks are mainly rough loops and chops with raw drums, and are all ready and sequenced for use. If you decide to work with any of these, he's willing to work with you so he's asking you send him what you create with it.
