I hate to be that guy but I've been rocking with the Bitches Is Crazy homies for a while and I'm happy that other folks are finally recognizing the dopeness of the Bronx crew. Peep the visuals to That's Right. Shouts to MP The God on the production. And if you wanna play catch up, check their LP Influence. Chea!
The more music they record, the more videos they release, the more I really appreciate how these guys have grown and continue to grow. Folks are often surprised I fux with the NYC collective Bitches Is Crazy, but I dig what they do. Sue me. Peep the latest, produced by Spvce. Oh and parts of this vid I'd deem NSFW. Ha!
I've said it before and I'll continue to say it, I fux with Bitches Is Crazy. With a wildly inappropriate name and a gang of not giving a fuck music, I dig what the New York collective does. Yesterday, they released the Chuk produced Get It. Another solid joint. Hit play and enjoy. Chea!
One thing I like about the NYC collective Bitches Is Crazy is the fact that they really don't give a fuck. They are gonna make the music they like and want you to hear. A lot of folks change their sound and try to be popular more than they try to be real. Not BIC. You gotta respect that. It's also cool to watch these guys grow over the years with their music too. Anyway, check the visuals for Wasted off of their The Highgo Chronicles project. These dudes know how to party. Ha!
From their The Highgo Chronicles project, Bitches Is Crazy release the visuals for W2ORK. Shot and edited by IV and co-directed by IV and Yesus 199 of the BIC camp. Enjoy. Chea!
Here are a few joints I've received via email or bumped into on the Internets. This Thursday's offering comes from Shane Eli, Blitz The Ambassador, G-Eazy and B.I.C. . Enjoy. Chea!
The homie Shane Eli really delivers on his newest track, "The Night is Young", off his I Can Do Better project dropping soon. Jason Caesar provides the vocals on this smooth track that is being called "a bedroom burner." Ha! Definitely a dope track. Salute to the brother Shane Eli.
I really hope folks aren't still sleeping on Blitz The Ambassador. He's an incredible emcee, with bars and so much raw talent. Yesterday he released this fresh track, "Dear Africa", featuring Les Nubians. A dope and fresh track from the Ghana-born-New-York-based Blitz. He's currently working on Native Sun, due out in May. In the meantime, enjoy "Dear Africa."
I really fucks with this G-Eazy "Outta Pocket" joint featuring Chippy Nonstop. I have to thank Chad over at DonutsandMilk.com for putting me on to this joint. This track is from G-Eazy's The Outsider project.
This is more of a laid back track from my high energy brothers B.I.C. There's so much potential from these young guys who rocked at our last Independent's Day Showcase. This track is off producer Chuk's new tape Concord (Hadji: The Beat Konstructa). Enjoy.
Check out the newest project from Bitches Is Crazy (BIC) that dropped a few days ago. Two of my favorite cuts is the Chuk produced "Beautiful Loser" and the MP produced "Get On Point." Shouts to MP (DJ of The Mad Bloggers Show) and BIC. It's a pretty cool project. Check it.
Check out two new cuts off BIC's upcoming project, Takin It From The Top EP. Both are pretty tight. On a side note, "Get On Point" is produced by The Mad Bloggers Show dj, MP. Shouts to him. Enjoy these two cuts. Hit up the comment section with your thoughts.
I don't smoke but I am supporting this 4/20 release. It's the new project from Bitches is Crazy (B.I.C.), "Comin' From The Bottom". Five out of the seven joints were produced by MP (yep, our podcast DJ)! This project was released ahead of their eleven track EP, "Taking it from the Top", which will be dropping in the next few weeks.
I'm clearing out the inbox and decided to share a bunch of good music with you on this Music Monday. Enjoy!
The Milwaukee emcee Kid Millions recently released "Recession-Proof Rap", which is now available on Ski School/Uni-Fi LPs and CDs. "With nine huge-sounding tracks that take you from snooze alarm to pavement in seconds each, Kid Millions does not waste time or money." Check out the sample from his new project.
Ritchcraft has been dropping remixes for the last six Tuesdays and today he released his remix EP, Say It Ain’t So. "The EP features remixes of hip hop notables such as AZ, Nas, Large Pro, The Roots, and Saigon, and also includes bonus tracks by local talent Kayo, Coolera and Ritchcraft himself." Check it out.
Check out Frankie Flowers, another dope emcee out of Milwaukee. Check out this track from him and if you dig it, go ahead and purchase the full project. I've checked it, it's quality.
The fellas of Ashy L Bowz crack me up. Check out the Jodeci inspired "Dry Humpin^2: Diary Of A Ashy Band", the new mixtape from the duo out of NYC. Enjoy.
