A legend in the making, Lamont Coleman, famously known as Big L, tragically left us on this day 12 years ago. But not before leaving his mark and blazing a trail in the Hip-Hop world. I discovered Big L a couple of years before his untimely demise but it's safe to say that I've heard enough to have made me a fan and wish he was still around. A lot can be said of Big L and how he was making big waves in the genre I love, but on this day, it's better hear it so I'm posting one of my favorite mixtapes of him.
