Many people already know the story behind this DJ Premier beat. I even rehashed it a few weeks back when the homie e.d.g.e. jumped on the beat. Anyway, it's a joint that Kanye passed on because it didn't fit the new concept when he changed the direction of his album. Like I mentioned, Canadian emcee e.d.g.e. jumped on the beat putting out Letter to the Editor and now another favorite, Chuuwee, delivers JJ Evans. I'm really happy that two dope emcees that I respect are the ones I've heard rhyme over this Premier beat. Chuuwee is an emcee you definitely have to keep an eye out for.
