The Protege was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. I grew up in Waterbury. Spent most of my childhood and a portion of my adult life there. Oddly enough though, the first time I caught any music from The Protege was by way of his "No Pressure" video a few weeks back. The visuals caught me and his flow sealed the deal.
