I caught this joint from producer Dave Derrilykt (who was featured on MKE's Best). Panic (who was also featured on MKE's Best on a track with SPEAK Easy) is an emcee out of Milwaukee. Dave produced the track and Panic laid down a dope flow. Enjoy.
